The Long Sunset

Boonah

Updated: Sep 30, 2025

After a massive sellout in 2024, The Long Sunset is back - and this year it’s setting up camp in Boonah for three unforgettable days of music, art and adventure.

It's all taking place from 31 October – 2 November 2025, just an hour from Brisbane or the Gold Coast in the Scenic Rim, which will transform into a festival playground filled with live performances, workshops, community art, camping, and pure festival magic.

The 2025 line-up is one for the books. Beloved indie favourites Boy & Bear and pop powerhouse Vera Blue headline, alongside Gretta Ray, The Buoys, Jem Cassar-Daley, Playlunch, Tjaka, The Vernons, Bunny Racket, and emerging acts Paper Lane and Silk ‘N’ Oak.

Beyond the main stage, the festival is packed with surprises. Think roving performances, immersive art, Silent Disco sessions, line dancing, open mics, morning yoga, giant bubbles, and hands-on workshops from frog habitat building to community art projects.

Add in golden hour sets, a buzzing campground under the stars, and a Friday night welcome at Boonah’s iconic Commercial Hotel, and you’ve got the perfect festival escape.
