Queensland Museum will come alive on Friday nights with the incredible Discovering Ancient Egypt exhibition transforming into a dazzling nighttime experience, with a pop-up Pyramid Bar, expert talks and more.
Step into the Temple of Taffeh, read excerpts from rare Book of the Dead scrolls, explore the rituals in pursuit of everlasting life, and join experts in Pyramid Talks (tickets sold separately).
Renowned Egyptologists, anthropologists, and historians will discuss the secrets of ancient Egypt, from tomb discoveries and curses, pyramids and pop culture, Egyptian Revival jewellery to sexuality and gender in the ancient world. These talks offer fascinating insights and a chance to ask the experts your burning questions.
