Indulge in a decadent sweet and savoury high tea selection created by Executive Chef, Steven Jones, whose exquisite delivery of high tea was perfected during his years working at five-star establishments in London. Now he is setting a new benchmark for the high tea scene in Brisbane.

On the standard high tea menu are savoury delights including freshly made dainty gourmet sandwiches, petite quiches and frittatas and sweet treats such as traditional scones, jam and cream; sultana scones; and exquisite pastries and sweets prepared by in-house pastry chefs.

High tea is served with La Maison Du Thé French crafted tea or upgrade to the Chandon premium package, which includes a selection of Chandon sparkling wines.
