Located beside Empire Revival, Mayfield Chocolates combines the best Australian ingredients - think Queensland dark rum, Tasmanian leather honey and native macadamia nuts - with the best European chocolate-making techniques.

Flavours of Australia range from Sunshine Truffle (Qld rum and pineapple ganache rolled in coconut) to Fruity Barossa (SA brandy and sultana ganache) and Hinterland chocolates made with Queensland ginger and Tasmanian honey; while native Australian flavours include ingredients such as lemon myrtle, wattle seed, Kakadu plum and Queensland grown rosella.

Nestled next to each other under the glass, you'll also find traditional favourites like Cappuccino, Peppermint Cream and Rosewater, along with exotic flavours such as Bali Beauty (cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves) and Hot Exotica (lemongrass, tamarind and chilli).
