Drop into this shop on the Terrace where the owner, Peter, is not only the hands-on chocolate maker but a fascinating host who is happy to discuss everything to do with chocolates and the chocolate making process, including his house secrets of using fresh cream and cocoa butter instead of vegetable fats.
Must-tries are his famous Florentines or pretty much anything from his unique range of Australian-flavoured chocolates like Coffee Queenslander (dark rum and coffee ganache in milk and dark chocolate), Kakadu (plum jelly in milk chocolate) and vegan Rosella Red Tart (rosella in dark chocolate).
