Lick! Ice Cream

Paddington

UPDATED: Lick! Ice Cream at Paddington closed on 26/11/23

Lick! Ice Cream, Brisbane's home grown artisan ice cream makers have a third ice cream parlour in Paddington, located street level on Latrobe Tce, within Paddo Central.

The bright little Paddo parlour may be a little smaller in size than Lick!'s Graceville and Morningside outlets, yet here you'll find 32 ice-cream and sorbet flavours (around 8 more than at the others). All of the ice-cream is made locally at Lick!'s HQ in Coopers Plains, from fresh ingredients with no artificial additives or ingredients.

Flavours available here, that are worth crossing town for, include vegan salted caramel, ginger & brown sugar, Snickers, vegan walnut and lemon cheesecake. Other faves from all Lick! outlets include bubble gum and marshmallow, OMG strawberry, macadamia praline, Jamaican rum and raisin, caramelised condensed milk or cookie dough.

At the time of opening in the last weekend of September, Lick! was offering ice cream in cones, cups, or takehome packs with a handful of desserts to come, including Lick!'s sundaes and signature dessert doffles (cross between a doughnut and a waffle topped with ice-cream, with home-made butterscotch sauce).

Good to know - Lick!'s ice cream is all hand churned and made with real cream, egg yolk and sugar. There is a variety of non dairy, gluten free and vegan options available.

Need to know - Free parking (with 3 hour time limit) is available onsite at Paddo Central.
