Two Charming Finches

Mitchelton

TWO CHARMING FINCHES HAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Two Charming Finches is a laidback cafe with a creative vibe occupying the space vacated by Des Alpes on Mitchelton's Blackwood Street.

There are inspirational art works by local artists decorating the walls and shelves and lounges placed in cosy corners. Tables are available both indoors, or outdoors overlooking Mitchelton's dining and retail precinct.

Breakfast meals include the Mama Mia (poached eggs, spiced pumpkin and avocado on sourdough), and the Big Mitchy (bacon, eggs, chorizo, mushrooms, roasted tomato, smoky beans and chilli jam).

The cafe also offer home-baked cakes and slices, as well as some freshly-prepared sweet crepes (lemon cheesecake, banana and nutella or butterscotch with strawberries).

For drinks, Two Charming Finches serve Wolff coffee, a selection of loose leaf teas, organic juices and smoothies.

There are a range of toys to keep smaller children entertained, as well as an age-appropriate menu featuring fruit salad with coconut yogurt, maple pancakes or srambled eggs on toast.

In a nutshell - Creative indoor - outdoor cafe serving coffee, cakes, sweet crepes and wholesome breakfasts and lunches.

Nice to know - There is a small carpark located behind Two Charming Finches and Mitchelton Train Station is a handy two minute walk away.
