One Fish Two Fish
Kangaroo Point
One Fish Two Fish is a gorgeous seafood restaurant and bar with the wow factor, occupying a beautifully renovated Queenslander on a prominent Kangaroo Point corner.
Located opposite the Pineapple Hotel, One Fish Two Fish is where traditional fish and chips meet sublime seafood (and other) dishes with a creative twist, thanks to the talents of the chef/owner who is ex-Fish House at Burleigh.
The décor is a match for the food, with gleaming polished timber floors, white VJs, picture rails and fretwork and an enclosed verandah out back with benches, bar stools and bi-fold windows to let in the breezes and local park vistas.
The front of the restaurant/bar, which is where the bar and takeaway section are, has a Hamptons meets-Queensland vibe a stunning feature wall, while the rest of the venue features chic dining nooks with hanging woven cane light fittings.
There’s something for everyone at One Fish Two Fish, from those who just want a cold beer or glass of wine with some fish and chips to foodies seeking a gourmet dining experience and kids, and all at prices that won’t break the budget.
Get hooked on starters like Kingfish Sashimi, soft shell crab Claw Sliders, Rainbow Cajun Fish Tacos, or the absolute melt-in-the-mouth Black Salt and Pepper feast fried Calamari.
