That Bbq Joint Food Truck

That BBQ Joint is Brisbane’s first Americana food truck, bringing smokin’ hot ribs and other finger lickin’ US street food to the streets and markets around town.

From the especially imported US smoke oven that is fitted inside the corrugated iron trailer, owner Brent smokes all of his offerings on site and even makes his own sauces and delish potato and bacon salad to accompany.

On the menu at That BBQ Joint are melt in the mouth pork or lamb ribs, pulled pork, buffalo wings or beef brisket and onion rings and all of these can be tasted at the cdop mini markets at Milton on Thursdays and various other locations in Brisbane. Check the BBQ Joint Facebook page for details.
