Lunch with Lina

One of Brisbane’s most sought after rooftop destinations, Lina, has launched an all new lunch menu offering the option of a one, two or three course set menu with a complimentary glass of house wine or Lina spritz.

Showcasing the very best of Queensland produce, Chef Peter Wrench has designed a menu inspired by a delectable selection of Mediterranean flavours.

Experience mouth-watering dishes such as freshly shucked oysters with dashi vinaigrette or finger lime chilli dressing, porcini and black truffle arancini with smoked pepper emulsion, rocket and grana padano to squid ink linguine with lobster tail, bisque, smoked red oil lemon. For something sweet, finish with Lina's apple and cinnamon harumaki with couere ala crème.
