Via He Viet Street Foods
Fortitude Valley
VIA HE HAS CLOSED AND BEEN REPLACED BY VEGAN CAFE LITTLE DIGS.
Via He brings the fresh flavours of Vietnam to Fortitude Valley with authentic Vietnamese street food.

Found in the heart of the Valley, where Mister Fitz used to be, this quaint little Vietnamese eatery provides indoor dining with bench seating and small tables filling the smart space with pops of greenery and street views of Vietnam flashing across big screens resembling windows.

Customers can slurp big bowls of pho noodle soup with their choice of sliced beef, sliced chicken or mushrooms and tofu.
Delicious vermicelli noodle salads come topped with charcoal grilled beef, grilled chicken, pork spring rolls or tofu and vegetarian spring rolls.

Hand made rice paper rolls are filled with fresh, tasty ingredients like lemongrass chicken, pork and prawn, salmon and avocado, and lemongrass tofu; while banh mi baguettes are stuffed with pork belly stew, chicken curry, charcoal grilled beef, and grilled chicken.
Drink wise, there's Viet iced coffee, fresh young coconuts, and fresh raw fruit and veggie juices.
