Burmese Fusion Restaurant
Stones Corner
BURMESE FUSION HAS CLOSED !N 2023.
Burmese Fusion is Brisbane's first Burmese restaurant bringing authentic Burmese cuisine to Stones Corner along with delicious fare influenced by China, India and Thailand.
Located on Logan Road, this little slice of Burma dishes up traditional fare from the small Southeast Asian nation, now known as Myanmar, which is bordered by India, Bangladesh, China, Laos and Thailand. The restaurant's menu features a fusion of Asian flavours from its neighbouring nations.

Starters include spring rolls, curry puffs, coconut prawns, fish cakes and satay chicken skewers. There's plenty of Thai staples like pad thai, tom yum, red, green and massaman curries. Stir-fries range from aromatic ginger tossed with seasonal vegetables, and sweet and sour, to Cloud Duck - stir-fried cloud mushrooms with mixed veggies and roasted duck.

Stand-outs on the menu though are classic Burmese dishes such as green tea leaf salad (pickled green tea leaves with roasted mixed nuts, beans, cabbage, tomato, lemon and chilli), coconut noodle soup (mild coconut soup with chicken and thin egg noodles, topped with boiled egg and crispy noodles), slow-cooked beef curry with garlic, ginger, chilli and lemongrass, and the highly-recommended Roti Chick - classic Burmese chicken curry served with freshly-made roti bread.
Customers can dine al fresco on the covered deck or take-away.
