If you love pink drinks, and soaking up stunning river views is your ideal way to spend an afternoon, this waterside pop-up is a must.

Plates of seafood with bottle of Rosé

The seasonal makeover comes complete with domes bursting with greenery, flowing fabric, and pops of pink…the perfect spot to catch up with friends while sipping Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé, Moët & Chandon, or berry-hued cocktails.

Glass of spritz

With al fresco seating, seasonal seafood bites, and plenty of bubbles on offer, your afternoons are set to be a little bit bougier this spring!

The Rosé Garden Bar

Once seated under the florals and greenery, guests can sip on a carefully curated selection of rosés, sparkling, and cocktails.

Choose from a glass or bottle of Whispering Angel Rosé or Moët & Chandon Impérial Rosé, or explore a range of Australian, New Zealand, and French wines.

The drinks are perfectly paired with a seasonal menu of share plates, including the legendary Moreton Bay bug croissant, freshly shucked oysters, half shell scallops, mac + cheese croquettes, and other gourmet bites, all delivered by friendly waitstaff directly to the dome.

The Rosé High Tea

Step inside a dome for the Rosé High Tea, the perfect spot for a spring or summer catch-up, a baby or bridal shower, a birthday celebration, or simply a stylish afternoon with friends.

Sip Moët & Chandon Impérial Rosé or Whispering Angel Rosé while enjoying a French-inspired selection of savoury canapés, freshly baked scones, and delicate petit fours. Fine teas and freshly brewed coffee complete the experience, creating a serene, elegant setting that celebrates the flavours and beauty of the season.

High Tea is $105 per person and ideal for groups of two to six, with each session running for 1.5 hours.
