The 2025 International Cake Show Australia is back bigger and better than ever from April 11 to 13! The global event that celebrates cake and cookie decorating, baking and sugar craft is the largest show of its kind in Australasia.

Thousands of sweet loving foodies, home bakers, cake and cookie decorators, celebrity pastry chefs and sweet artisans from all around the world will be gathering under one roof at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, for three days of fun, mind-blowing creativity and inspiration.

Attendees will be treated to dazzling displays of huge sculpted-cakes and sugar features, along with a competition and display, shopping, live shows, classes, demonstrations and so much more!

International Cake-Off: Watch the world’s best extreme cake artists battle it out!

Demonstrations: World acclaimed cake artists, celebrity chefs and bakers will be holding free demonstrations across four stages every day.

Workshops: Experience hands-on training with the world’s best sugar artists and pastry chefs.

Make & Take Mini Classes: 1-hour introductory cupcake, cookie, sugar flower and cake topper classes, designed for the whole family.

Haute Couture Marquee: Australasia’s top wedding cake designers’ battle it out for the title of “Australasian Wedding Cake Designer of the Year”.

Community Build: Help build the world’s tallest Easter bunny cookie tower.

Party Zone: Queensland’s biggest party shop, offering everything party.

Good to know - Most activities, except the paid classes, are free with ticket entry, and children 12 and under are free.

Need to know - You can also compete in Australia’s largest cake and cookie decorating competition, with entries open now! Its the largest in Australia, bigger than the Royal Easter Show or the Ekka and anyone can enter! Entries closie on 28th March.  ENTER HERE
