Redlands Coast
The inaugural Redlands Coast AdventureFest is an exciting 10-day festival presented by Redlands Council, showcasing a wide variety of citywide events and activities from Friday 16th to Sunday 25th May, 2025.

Visitors to this beautiful region will be able to choose their own adventures, from Council-organised events and city-wide activations to community events and offers from tourism operators.
Some not-to-be-missed highlights of the AdventureFest are:
An adrenaline-pumping XCM mountain biking event, Bayview Blast is hosted by the RATS Cycling Club, at the Bayview Conservation Area in Redland Bay. Offering a race category for everyone, this event is ideal for cyclists who are trying long form mountain bike racing at an affordable level before attempting some of the large events in SE QLD.
This unique low tide adventure, guided by Ranger Stacey, takes you on a beautiful nature walk from Wellington Point to King Island. Along the way you'll discover the local wildlife and well-adapted vegetation, enjoy spectacular scenery from every angle, and hear about the islands fascinating past.
Arborists have an opportunity to showcase their skills whilst competing against internationally recognised arborists at this unique and fun event, which welcomes arborists, their families, supporters and spectators from the wider community.
Promoted by the MG Car Club of Queensland at their circuit at Mount Cotton, the Queensland Hillclimb Championship will see drivers competing against the clock, on a one-at-a-time basis. From the spectator seating those attending will be able to see the whole of the 946 metres bitumen track and the action as drivers run the steep climbs and rapid descends into hairpin bends.
Hosted by Ranger Stacey, the event promises a full day of adventure, entertainment and rides including adrenaline-pumping experiences, kids' activities, adventure sports demonstrations, a jetpack water show, wildlife presentations, information stalls and free giveaways
Take on one of Australia's most spectacular triathlon courses as you swim, bike and run around beautiful Minjerribah, North Stradbroke Island. Whether you're a dedicated triathlete, someone looking to try a triathlon for the first time, a runner, a swimmer, or simply seeking a fun weekend getaway, there's something for everyone!
Water Lantern Festival is an incredible ethereal experience where you, your friends, and your family will get to create a magical memory together. Coming to Raby Bay Foreshore Park on May 24 & 25, tickets are available HERE

And that's not all! The fantastic line-up of events and activities has something for everyone, from the arts (including concerts, comedy and drawing) culinary adventures (including degustation dinner, picnics and cake & cookie classes); nature experiences (including guided walks, sailing and water bikes) and family fun (including creative workshops, pop up markets, talks and shows).
