Murphy's Creek Hideaway

Upper Lockyer

Murphy's Creek Hideaway is a hassle-free place to slow down and return to nature without compromising on luxury. Accommodation here comes in the form of Serengeti safari tents with king size beds, claw foot baths, BBQs and private outdoor campfires.

Each luxury tent has a stunning view over bushland which inspires guests to unwind and watch the native wildlife at play. It is a treat to sleep surrounded by Eucalypt forest and wake to the sounds of birds in the morning.

The 50 acre property shares a boundary with Lockyer National Park (formerly White Mountain State Forest), including several swimming holes along Murphy's Creek. Murphy's Creek itself begins its journey high on the range and continues right through the property. It really is a pleasant spot to relax and appreciate nature.
