Surfers Paradise

Updated: Apr 25, 2023

Peppers Soul is a 77 storey landmark of contemporary luxury in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with jaw-dropping views of the Gold Coast all the way to the NSW border.

Situated on the northern corner of the Cavill Mall and across the road from the main Surfers Paradise Beach, there’s no better central location for those who like to be at the heart of the action. And for those looking for an indulgent retreat, Peppers Soul is also the kind of place you can check into and not leave for days.

On-site is one of the Gold Coast’s best restaurants, the chef hatted Seaduction, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and features a balcony and ceiling to floor glass windows with a view on the beach.

A stunning solar heated infinity pool on the 3rd floor overlooks the beach and comes with terraced seating while indoors on the same level is a heated lap pool, state of the art gym, sauna and spa.

There’s also a roof garden on this level with gleaming new BBQs for use by guests and all apartments have access to room service.

Downstairs on Esplanade  street level at Peppers Soul is a cluster of casual eateries with sea views that are better than most you’ll find elsewhere in Surfers Paradise, including Elston (a wine bar & eatery named after the area before it was renamed Surfers Paradise), Japanese sushi and teppanyaki and a Mexican bar diner.

For more great eating there’s no need to walk far, with circular glass-enclosed bar bistro Seascape on the corner of Cavill Avenue Mall (attached by pedestrian bridge to the Soul Boardwalk), offering excellent meals and drinks on the 2nd level and a more fine dining on the 3rd level.

Tip – There’s a Woolworths inside the mega retail centre on the other side of the mall to stock up on groceries. For some other good spots to dine head over to the Chevron Renaissance where eateries include Betty’s Burgers, Bar Italia and Levendes Greek Souvlaki & Mezze Bar (there’s also a Coles here).

And for a budget taste of traditional Asia, head to Cavill Lane and its bustling colourful line-up of Japanese, Korean and South-East Asian eateries.

Need to know - Make the most of your day before 2pm check-in to your apartment - grab a car park key from Peppers Soul, park the car and head to the beach or take advantage of the facilities on-site.

Nice to know - Just 2 blocks away on Surfers Paradise Boulevarde is the tram stop to Broadbeach and newly revamped Pacific Fair. A fantastic beach walk of around 9km return heads south from Surfers paradise main beach, past Broadbeach then the multi-million-dollar beachfront mansions of Mermaid Beach and arives at Nobby's Surf Lifesaving Club. In the same cul-de-sac is BSKT cafe, one of the Gold Coast's best cafes, perfect for a delcious healthy breakfast or lunch.
