Geo-Dome Tree House

Neranwood

The Geo-Dome Tree House is a stunning handcrafted timber framed geodesic dome nestled amongst the canopies of two giant fig trees overlooking a peaceful patch of Gold Coast Hinterland forest.

Like glamping in the treetops and designed by acclaimed architect Buckminster Fuller, the dome is perfectly oriented to take in the morning sun, whilst being shaded from the mid day and afternoon rays.

Up-lit fig trees tower overhead and fairy lights decorate the outdoor space, where, on the spotted gum deck you can enjoy the sounds and sights of the forest including wallabies, bandicoots, possums and owls by night.

Within the dome is a luxurious king size bed, quality linens (and an electric blanket in winter), a kitchen where you can prepare meals and bathroom with gas-supplied hot water and a state-of-the-art Laveo toilet.

Good to know - There is Telstra and Optus reception but no Vodafone. It is recommended to pick up supplies you may need for your stay on your way through at Mudgeeraba, where you'll find a Coles, Woolies, bakery, and bottle shop.

Need to know - The property is 10 mins from the M1 at Mudgeeraba and 25 mins from Burleigh beach.
