Mayan Luxe Villas offers sustainable, luxury accommodation with incredible views atop 100 acres of farmland in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland town of Kin Kin, a popular destination for those seeking a country escape.

Blending harmoniously with the natural surroundings of Mayan Farm, Mayan Luxe Villas are constructed with rammed earth, offering a sustainable and warm ambience with a low carbon footprint. Rammed earth walls eliminate the need for air-conditioning and heating, ensuring cosy winters and cool summers thanks to their clever design that adapts to evening temperature fluctuations.

Each piece of timber used in the construction of Mayan Luxe Villas carries its own unique history, sourced from 80 percent recycled timbers or locally milled timber, while bespoke craftsmanship shines through in the recycled metal fixtures and fittings. These include the impressive front doors made from 200 year old slab hut timber and the door handles from the Pirates of the Caribbean movie set.

Ideal for couples, friends, or families, Mayan Luxe Villas offers a complete accommodation experience for up to eight guests, featuring stunning countryside views enjoyed from the hilltop plunge pool, alfresco dining areas, central entertaining pavilion, and luxurious bedroom suites. The spacious outdoor area with a fire pit and wood-fire oven provides the perfect gathering spot for relaxed evenings and pizza-making sessions.
