FOR MORE GREAT THINGS TO DO AND SEE IN AND AROUND BRISBANE, PLEASE HEAD TO OUR WHAT'S ON PAGE.The Watercolour Society of Queensland will be holding their 2025 Annual Exhibition from Friday September 12 to Sunday September 14 at the Auditorium in the Brisbane Botanic Gardens at Toowong.
There will be lots to see & do! You could browse the members’ paintings covering diverse subjects from lush landscapes, beach scenes, city streets, portraits, animals, florals and more.
All exhibited artwork will be for sale from large, framed & unframed paintings to miniatures.
Watch a painting come to life with the beautiful medium of watercolour by professional artists at the twice daily painting demonstrations.
Lovely embroidered WSQ aprons will be for sale, as well as beginner watercolour kits for all ages. There will also be raffles of original artwork, WSQ aprons, and watercolour kits to be won!
You can even have go at painting with watercolour paints at the ‘Try Me Table’ - all paints, brushes & paper supplied by sponsor Arthouse Direct.
Good to know - The event is free and family friendly.
