Dicki's

Ascot

Last updated: Apr 16, 2025

Dicki's is a charming plant-based cafe on a corner of Ascot's leafy Racecourse Road, a sibling for its first vegan cafe in New Farm.

Dicki's, Ascot

Located opposite the gates to Doomben Racecourse, the corner cafe dishes up delicious plant-based fare for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Breakfast fare (served until 11am) ranges from house made granola topped with seasonal fruit and vanilla bean yoghurt, and avocado on rye sourdough, to Green Eggs on Turkish - tofu scramble with pesto, zucchini ribbons and spinach.

Meanwhile, the All Day menu includes a Breakfast Burrito filled with Mexican rice, spiced 'mince', scrambled tofu, beans and sals'; Sticky 'Duck' toasties on Turkish bread with slaw and chilli jam; and Dicki's Classic Burger served with shoestring fries.

Alternatively, there's corn fritters, eggplant parmigiana, and build your own baos - 3 fluffy baos filled with your choice of sticky duck or chick 'n' tenders.

Plus, there's a handful of fresh salads brimming with superfoods, and share plates such as spiced 'mince' cigars served with chilli jam, tostadas topped with smokey jackfruit, lettuce, beans and pico de gallo, and mushroom arancini served with truffle aioli.

Dicki's is kid-friendly with a dedicated menu for children that includes avo on toast, 'cheese' toasties, and mini pancakes with vanilla bean ice-cream and hazelnut sauce.

Drink wise, there's expertly brewed coffee, served along with a selection of teas, cold pressed juices, smoothies and bottomless sparkling water. In addition, there's a carefully curated wine list, local craft beers, and classic cocktails like Aperol Spritz, Espresso Martinis, and frozen Margaritas.
