Brooki Bakehouse

Fortitude Valley

New York meets Paris at Brisbane's chic cakery, Brooki Bakehouse, housed on the ground floor of Fortitude Valley's historic Stewart & Hemmant building.

A sibling for Launceston's dessert institution, Charlie's Dessert House, owner Brooke Saward has swapped Tassie's cool climate for Queensland's sunshine and warmer weather.

Brooki Bakehouse

Nestled at the base of the heritage-listed building, the boutique bakery boasts an understated elegance with marble bench tops, brass fixtures and globe pendant lights.

The bakehouse specialises in chunky cookies, melt-in-your-mouth macarons, fudgey brownies and delectable cupcakes with buttercream frosting in a variety of flavours, from Chocolate Raspberry and Salted Caramel, to Cookies n Cream, Cotton Candy and Lemon Meringue to name a few.
