The impressive breakfast menu includes a number of delish all-day offerings, such as Edamame & Avo Smash (roast Loop Growers mixed beet, beetroot hommus, roast hazelnut dukka, 'Yay' plant-based marinated fetta, sweet potato dough), Cauliflower Fritters (green mango relish, roast local kale, coconut yoghurt, pickled Loop Growers fennel, local finger lime, cucumber salsa), and the popular and pretty Gingerbread Organic Buckwheat Waffle Sandwich (fruit cake ice-cream, apple & berry compote, rosella curd, scorched meringue).

Interestingly, all food scraps from the cafe are processed via Loop Growers.

Little Tree Bake & Brewhouse specialise in artisan baked sourdough breads, croissants, brioches, gourmet pies (beef & shiraz, moroccan lamb, chicken & thyme, sweet potato & chick pea), sausage rolls and pastries as well as Fonzie Abbott coffee, Tielka organic teas, HRVST juices, as well as a fine selection of beer, wine and spirits.
