Stanton

Stanton is a casual, chic restaurant and bar in the heart of Brisbane's CBD offering modern classics for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a luxurious setting overlooking Queen Street Mall.  

Found on the second level of Queens Plaza, this elegant eatery sits comfortably amongst the shopping centre's high-end retailers - Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Tiffany and Co - with stunning decor including bespoke wallpaper and vintage chandeliers. 

Patrons can dine al fresco on the terrace, in the opulent dining room styled with eclectic yet sophisticated furniture, or enjoy a bite to eat and tipple in the bar.

The seasonal menu boasts breakfast faves such as avocado crush on sourdough , buttermilk pancakes served with fresh fruit and vanilla ice-cream, and eggs benedict with glazed maple and five-spiced  ham and homemade hollandaise; while hearty appetites can tuck into The Stanton - two organic eggs your way with toasted sourdough, pork fennel sausage, bacon, beans, spinach, mushrooms and potato rosti. 

From noon onwards, patrons can dine on double baked crab souffle, crispy skin barramundi, chipotle chicken burgers, smoked salmon and potato latkes, and crowd favourite Steak Frites - Angus rump finished with house made bearnaise sauce, served with French fries. 

Alternatively, there's Stanton pies filled with chicken tikka masala or slow-cooked lamb shoulder, pasta dishes and traditional Napoli-style pizzas such as margarita, hot salami and olives, pancetta and more. 

Coffee on pour is a signature boutique blend roasted by Stanton in Sydney, served along with tea, milkshakes and fresh juices.  Stanton is also licensed offering premium champagne, small-batch boutique wine, classic cocktails and beer. 

Nice to know - Stanton is child-friendly with a dedicated kid’s menu.
