Located at Logan Central, Mista Boo Drive Thru is a great alternative for when you need something fast and easy, but also want something fresh and healthy to eat.

The menu features a range of sushi from big rolls to nigiri and aburiNigiri translated as “two fingers” is a small, delicious treat with the likes of fresh salmon, tempura prawn or katsu chicken placed on a cluster of sushi rice; while aburi-style sushi consists of seared salmon or wagyu beef on top of rice.

There's more than 10 sushi rolls on offer filled with all your favourites, including cooked tuna and avocado, teriyaki chicken and avo, sweet chilli and chicken, smoked salmon, cream cheese and cucumber, and California Big Roll - tobiko, crab, cucumber and avo.

Besides sushi, there's bowls of rice topped with teriyaki, katsu or karaage chicken, as well as Japanese curry dishes with your choice of katsu or karaage chicken, crumbed prawn or tempura vegetable.

Alternatively, customers can order 15 piece of karaage chicken with chips and 3 sauces. Choose from house-made teriayaki, sweet chilli, honey soy, mayo or chilli powder.

Beverages range from soft drinks including Calpis (a Japanese uncarbonated soft drink), Ramu and Chupa Chups sparkling sodas, to flavoured ice teas.
