Pho Queue

Annerley

Updated: Aug 26, 2025

Pho Queue in Annerley is Brisbane’s first restaurant dedicated to Vietnamese soups and Asian desserts

Nestled between Café O Mai and Red Lotus, Pho Queue is a sibling for these popular Vietnamese eateries.

Seating at Pho Queue Annerley

Inside, the décor is modern and minimalist with a smart navy and white colour scheme. The restaurant is filled with larger, communal tables and smaller, tables for two, or customers can sit on stools at a bench overlooking the kitchen.

Customers build their own bowl of pho with five broths to choose from: southern style beef pho, Hanoi style beef pho, chicken pho, vegan mushroom pho and an experimental blend with zero sugar, seasoned with just sea salt and fish sauce.

Once you have chosen your broth, you can add rare beef, cooked beef, beef brisket, meatballs, wagyu eye fillet, or special beef and chicken combination.

Besides pho the menu includes authentic Vietnamese soups like bun rieu (blue swimmer crab tomato sea foam soup), bun bo hue (spicy beef and pork soup) and bun canh chua nam (tamarind hot n sour mushroom soup).

Drink wise, there’s Vietnamese slow drip coffee, cold pressed juice, pandan and lemongrass iced tea, and bubble tea with pearls or jelly.

Ned to know - Starting December, desserts will be dished up.  The menu will include both Asian desserts and French inspired ones from cakes and pastries to plated desserts.
