Out of the Box, QPAC’s much loved festival for children 8 years and under is back in 2025 with a rich arts program, curated to nurture children’s creativity and imagination at a key period in their development.

Club Origami OOTB

The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) will be bursting at the seams with children eight years and under when the festival takes over the entire venue from 17 to 22 June 2025. 

Wolfgang OOTB

Featuring a huge line-up of performances, workshops, free events and exhibitions, the festival, which returns after a seven year hiatus, will see QPAC transform for Brisbane's youngest audiences and their grown ups.

Lost Lending Library OOTB

Over six fun-filled days, QPAC will come alive with shows such as The Gruffalo, Wolfgang in the Stars, Where is the Green Sheep? Gurril Storm Bird, Club Origami, The Lost Lending Library and Wonderbox.

Along with the fantastic shows, there will also be hands-on workshops and free activities allowing children to learn and play.
