Oktoberfest at Eat Street Northshore

Brisbane, dust off your dirndl and lederhosen's - Oktoberfest is coming to Eat Street Northshore and this year the family friendly celebrations will span two weekends of German-inspired fun, food, and festivities on the riverfront.

From Friday 26 – Sunday 28 September and again from Friday 3 – Sunday 5 October, Eat Street will transform into a Bavarian wonderland, serving up authentic flavours and festival vibes that are guaranteed to transport the whole family straight to Munich.

Bring your appetite for classic German eats, from crispy pork knuckle with sauerkraut and hearty Bavarian potatoes to pork sausage lollipops and even a sausage pizza – all designed to be washed down with a frosty stein.

Across four stages, live music and performances will keep the party atmosphere alive all night long. Plus, quirky competitions like the Best Dressed Dachshund parade and the ever-hilarious pretzel throwing contest will add an extra dash of fun to the festivities.
