Luna Bean Cafe
Nundah
Luna Bean Cafe is a quaint, dog-friendly cafe perched on a leafy street corner in Nundah Village, providing well-brewed coffee and tasty eats.
Located on the corner of Sandgate Road and Chapel Street, underneath Nundah's funky rootop bar Fitz and Potts, Luna Bean boasts a bright and airy space fitted out with eclectic furniture including tables named after dogs the owner has known and loved.
The concise all day menu ranges from blueberry bagels with coconut labneh and chunky strawberry jam, and B&E buns with crispy bacon, fried egg, capsicum jam, kale slaw and cheese, to corn fritters with tomato relish, halloumi, fried egg and herb salad, and buckwheat pancakes topped with your choice of hazelnut or berries and served with vanilla ice-cream.
Otherwise, there's delicious toasties and What a Crock - something Sophie has created in the crock pot such as spicy dahl - plus freshly-baked goods like banana bread, chocolate brownies and choc chip cookies.
Coffee on pour is locally roasted by The Black Lab Coffee Co, served along with teas, fresh juices, smoothies and milkshakes.
