Sixteen Antlers rooftop bar sits atop Brisbane’s Pullman Hotel with wraparound views that include a unique close-up of Brisbane City Hall’s clock tower.

With a glass roof and balustrades to allow great cityscape vistas as well as protection from the elements, Sixteen Antlers makes a splendid and exclusive place to enjoy a drink and some tapas or bar snacks from mid-afternoon through to the wee hours of the morning.

Patrons can take their pick from a small range of summery cocktails including a Dark Heart Mojito (Sailor Jerry rum, Crème de Cassis, Mint and Lime) and Bushel spritz (Absolut, Ketel 1 Citroen, Chambord, Lemon Juice, Mint and Berries) or Aperitifs such as Campari or Martini Bianco or Rosso.

Beers on tap include Little Creatures Pilsner and IPA, White Rabbit White Ale and James Squire Hop Thief Pale Ale, while international and local Bottled Beers include Guinness, Birra Moretti, Kirin Magumi and Knappstein Lager, XXXX Summer Bright or Gold and a selection from James Squire.

The wine list features Sparkling Wine from France (Chandon Sparkling Brut Rose) and Italy (Bandini Prosecco) as well as a couple of Australian drops, while white wines hail from SA, Vic, NZ, Germany, Spain, France, USA and reds from SA, Vic and WA.

In addition, there’s a comprehensive range of spirits and Liqueurs perfect for a nightcap, including Butterscotch and Peach Schnapps.

Food-wise, Sixteen Antlers offers Cheese and Charcuterie platters, with a choice of 1, 2 or 3 artisan cheeses served with Scottish oat cakes, rosemary croccante and dried fruit and 3 cured meats (think Prosciutto di San Daniele, Quattro Stella Tartufo Salami and Wagyu Bresaola) with French cornichons, peppered fig paste and grilled baguette.

There’s also a choice of Mini Brioche Sliders (Blackened Lamb, Southern Style Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Truffle Roasted Mushrooms or Tempura Soft Shell Crab) with Hand cut fries and a selection of ‘Tapastry by Pullman’ such as Szechuan-style organic Chicken Wings, Barramundi Spring Rolls or Mozzarella and Jalapeno Croquettes.

Need to know – Sixteen Antlers is reached by the lift in the Mercure Tower (on the Ann St side).
