World-renowned circus, cabaret and comedy show La Clique will make an exclusive stop on the Gold Coast as part of its 20th Anniversary Tour. 

Taking over HOTA from Wednesday March 19 to Saturday April 19, La Clique promises an exhilarating experience, featuring mind-bending stunts and out-of-this-world performances that have continued to captivate global audiences for decades.

Since its ground-breaking debut in 2004 at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Olivier-Award winning production of La Clique has sold over 1 million tickets worldwide and captivated audiences from seasons in New York, Paris, Montreal, London, Singapore and Sydney. 

Now, South East Queensland audiences will have the chance to see the not-to-be-missed production exclusively on the Gold Coast.

The Famous Spiegeltent, rich with history and ambience, will be the backdrop for La Clique’s 20th anniversary stop, transforming HOTA’s lakeside for an unforgettable pop-up experience.

Built in 1920, The Famous Spiegeltent stands as the world’s oldest and longest-running cabaret venue, and over its 104-year history, has hosted iconic performances, including the legendary Marlene Dietrich.

Guests can expect to be entranced by a lineup of world-class performers, from gravity-defying aerialists to spellbinding contortionists, all set to the beats of a sultry soundtrack. The show’s iconic blend of burlesque and circus artistry promises a night like no other, filled with humour and jaw-dropping talent.

Enhancing the experience, the Spiegel Garden will be open by the lakeside for pre-show and post-show festivities, offering a boutique setting for guests to enjoy eats and drinks the unforgettable pop-up event.
