Rezo Chef - Georgian Food Delivery

Rezo Chef is Brisbane's only Georgian chef, offering an exclusive food delivery and catering service of traditional Georgian food to Brisbane.

The only place in Brisbane where you can get an authentic taste of Georgian cuisine, Rezo Chef prepares food on pre-order, with daily delivery available.

On the menu are Georgian-style pickled vegetables; Tbilisuri salad (boiled chicken breast & cucumber or radish with mixed herbs and creamy Greek yoghurt dressing); Khinkali (dumplings) with mixed meat or lamb; and Megruli (Georgian double cheese bread).

There's also Georgian creamy walnut-stuffed rolls; roasted red peppers with walnut paste; char grilled pork ribs in pomegranate or adjika (peppers, tomatoes, carrots, apples and garlic) sauce; and Kubdari (pie stuffed with beef and pork filling); 

Also on offer is Khachapuri (soft, cheese-filled bread), which is considered a Georgian national dish, including the chef's own recipe with cheese, ham & green onions.

For something hearty there's mouthwatering grilled meats such as Chicken Tabaka; lamb or chicken barbecue and pork shashlik. And for dessert, Georgia's favourite is their famous Churchkhela (walnuts threaded on a string and then dipped into the grape juice mixture, dried and hung out to dry for a couple of days).
