Entry is via the ground floor where there's a bar and fridge with a selection of 16 wines. Here, patrons are required to 'check in' by approving pre-payments via their chosen method and are then provided with an RFID card (which allows access to the wines) and a wine glass.

Up the flight of stairs is a room of wine fridges containing a carefully curated selection of 64 wines, which are accessed via inbuilt wine dispensers, in serves of 25ml (taster), half glass (75ml) and full glass (150ml).

The selection of wines on offer are mostly sourced from small-batch Australian producers, with the owner on hand to recommend and discuss with guests who would like assistance on choosing.
