Warner Bros. Movie World's hot new attraction is the world first spectacular Wizard of Oz precinct, featuring two themed family friendly coasters and iconic scenes from the movie - and it's now open!

Barn in Wizard of Oz Movie World

Taking over what was previously the Batman/Arkham Asylum site, visitors can follow the Yellow Brick Road somewhere over the rainbow and into the magical land of Oz, which is enhanced by projection mapping, facades and sculptures to create an incredible immersive experience.

Wicked Witch Castle in The Land of Oz Movie World

Incorporated in the precinct are Dorothy’s Farm, the Emerald City and the castle of the Wicked Witch of the West, along with two epic coaster rides, the Wicked Witch of the West and the Kansas Twister.

The Kansas Twister is the Southern Hemisphere’s first racing rollercoaster with two tracks running coasters up to 58km per hour while the Flight of the Wicked Witch is the world’s first Wizard of Oz-themed multi-type coaster, travelling at speeds of up to 67km/h.

Need to know - The two coasters are high capacity attractions with low height and age restrictions from 95cm and 4 years old to provide more family experiences.
