Noodle Craft is a unique little noodle house in Graceville, specializing in Chinese dishes featuring authentic knife-cut noodles, which are handmade on premise.

Located off the beaten track, under the railway bridge on the opposite side to Honour Ave, Noodle Craft is well worth a visit for its great value hearty, delicious fare, which is unlike anything else to be found in this side of town.

Diners can take a seat in the cosy brick-walled interior with decorative Chinese parasols hanging from the ceiling, or in the rear covered astroturf courtyard where there's an abundance of tables and chairs that Noodle Craft shares with Cafe 63.

Diners can tuck into entrees like large duck spring rolls, fried stuffed Chinese bread with prawn mince, soft shell crab or crispy pork wonton and the other house specialty - delectable homemade dumplings (boiled or panfried) with fillings such as beef celery, mashed potato cheese or pork fennel, with a choice of homemade dipping sauces.

The impressive menu of noodle dishes is divided into Ban Mien (soft noodles with toppngs) or noodle soup. Soft noodle dishes include braised beef with pickled mustard & vegetables; BBQ pork in special sweet and sour pork; shredded chicken in sesame and peanut sauce; and Datong style pork mince and vegetables.

From the selection of noodle soups there's slow-cooked lamb chop, Datong pork mince, vegetarian, braised pork, or prawn and knife-sliced noodles in laksa soup.

Chef's Specials, which come served with rice and salad, include Dongpo Pork Belly (slow-cooked pork belly in Chinese wine and spices); Roast Duck Leg in special plum sauce or Rump Steak in a selection of homemade sauces (honey mustard, spicy Sichuan or black pepper).

Other menu offerings include Chinese burgers (pork or cumin lamb); Clay Pot Rice (Chinese sausage, chicken & shiitake, mapo tofu or truffle steak) and rice dishes (including braised lamb chop, BBQ pork, mapo tofu or roast duck) with toppings and sauce. 

Drinks-wise, there's Chinese iced teas, soft drinks, wine and Chinese beer.
