Come lunch time you can dine a la carte on a mouth-watering menu filled with the likes of freshly shucked oysters, Byron Bay burrata, kingfish crudo and XO prawns to start, alongside a range of larger plates including king prawn and Moreton Bay bug linguini with fermented chilli and sourdough, tea-infused duck breast with roasted beetroot puree, rainbow carrot and creme de cassis jus, or Portoro Beef rump cap with hinterland mushrooms and watercress.
