Little Red Dumpling is a funky authentic dumpling bar bringing a delectable range of delicious jiaoizi (Chinese dumplings) and tsingtao beer to the heart of South Square, Woolloongabba.

Tke a seat outside adjacent to the garden oasis or inside the chic neon lit interior and take your choice from a menu with starters such as vege spring rolls, BBQ pork bun, deep fried wonton or cumin flavour lamb rib.

There's also fried chicken bao and pork chive or shallot pancake (all of which are recommended) and as well as a mixed entree platter.

The wide range of dumplings, steamed or fried, include fillings of Szechuan pork, lamb coriander, chicken cabbage, pork chives, chicken & prawn or rainbow (a combo of five flavours).

Other dumpling dishes include pan fried wagyu bun or pork dumplings; dumplings in Szechuan or sweet soy chilli sauce; and pork or prawn Xiao Long Bao.

There's also a choice of wonton soup or wonton in red chili or sweet chilli sauce; as well as vegetarian spicy noodle soup.

Meanwhile a small non-dumpling menu includes noodles in sweet soy sauce; chicken or braised beef or lamb noodle soup; and braised beef or lamb on rice.

To accompany there's Tsingtao or Asahi beer, Peroni Leggera and local craft beers; a small selection of wines and spirits, cocktails (Mojito, Pina Colada or Long Island Iced Tea); and the must-try house signature drinks (including Milo Dinosaur; Lychee Soda; Young Coconut and Virgin Pina Colada).
