Natura Cafe
Salisbury
Natura Cafe is a chic Mediterranean-inspired cafe in the backstreets of Salisbury, dishing up delicious breakfast and lunch fare.
Found on the ground floor of a brand new building in McCarthy Road (a stone's throw from Ballistic Brewery), the cafe has a modern, Mediterranean vibe, featuring marble tables, smart rattan and timber chairs, with arched windows and lots of curves and columns in a dreamy cream-colour scheme.
The all-day menu is Greek-influenced offering a Big Greek Breakfast of eggs your way, haloumi, bacon, pork skewer, mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomato, hashbrown and sourdough toast.
Other popular choices for breakfast are Eggs Benny, Breakfast Burger, Smashed Avo with feta, and Pancakes served with vanilla ice-cream, strawberries, Nutella and pistachio; while lunch options range from flat press panini sandwiches - think spicy tuna melt, grilled chicken with Swiss cheese, or salami with provolone and Napoli sauce - to fresh salads and a Greek Plate piled with chicken or lamb souvlaki, Greek salad, chips and tzatziki.
Natura is child friendly with a dedicated kid's menu that includes egg on toast, pancakes with ice-cream and sprinkles, chicken nuggets and chips, and a mini panini with ham and Swiss cheese.
Coffee on pour is roasted locally by boutique coffee roasters Stel Coffee. Along with the usual cappuccinos, lattes, long blacks and flat whites, a must-try is the cafe's signature Greek Freddo espresso. Alternatively, there's hot chocolate, dirty chais, fresh juices, frappes, smoothies and milkshakes.
