Nestled in the heart of Cleveland, Australian Wildflour Pastry Co specialises in artisan French pastries, breads, cakes, and more. Open Thursday to Sunday, with a focus on quality ingredients, there is something for everyone to love and being exclusively gluten free, enjoy with confidence.

Inside the little bayside bakery, you'll find warming cabinets filled with fresh pastries, from flaky croissants and cinnamon scrolls to creme brûlée tarts, and a selection of freshly baked cakes, French eclairs and gourmet muffins. 

At the other side of the counter is the dairy-free warmer filled with apple custard pies and apricot danishes, savoury pastry pockets, and AWPC's famous sausage rolls, made in-house with homemade puff pastry and a signature beef and bacon filling.

In addition, you can order a range of gateaux-style celebration cakes and bespoke cupcakes via their website.

Nice to know - Owner Anita is a multi-award winning pastry chef and decorator and the creative heart of AWPC, and James is an experienced chef in the kitchen and on the front counter.
