Gerbino's Pasticcera

Ashgrove

A little slice of Italy can be found in Ashgrove at Gerbino’s Bakery & Pasticceria, where you will be spoilt for choice.

Half bakery, half pasticceria, this Italian gem is tucked away from the main Ashgrove action and more than warrants a detour.

Customers can enjoy the outdoor seating, or the main air-conditioned seating indoors. If you peak down the end and around the corner there are some comfortable cushioned chairs too.

Those looking for the perfect Italian fare will find cannoli, biscotti, crostata, tiramisu and gelato. Of course, a bakery wouldn’t be complete without traditional favourites like lamingtons, vanilla slice, apple pie, jam drops and smartie biscuits. There are also freshly baked loaves of Italian bread, including gluten-free varieties.

For something savoury, you can try their freshly made pies, sausage rolls, quiche, focaccia and made to order sandwiches. If it’s dinner you need, they have a selection of larger family pies and quiches available.

Cakes can also be ordered for that special occasion, including a spectacular cannoli cake (a giant Sicilian cannoli filled with mini cannoli).

Good to know - All of their treats can be enjoyed with a smooth coffee, gelato milkshake or soft drink.

Need to know - There is plenty of on-street parking, making it easy to enjoy Gerbino’s Bakery.
