Mamak Malaysian Roti & Satay brings the traditional tastes of Kuala Lumpur's Indian-Malay street stalls to Brisbane CBD.

Located in Charlotte St's Little Asia dining precinct, Mamak is a slick, contemporary eatery that draws a crowd for lunch and dinner.

Take a seat outdoors on the brightly coloured street furniture or in the funky high-ceilinged interior, which has an industrial vibe with raw concrete ceiling, pale timber furniture, and shiny steel frames between dining areas.

A touch or warmth is provided by ceiling to floor curtains, a smattering of pot plants and the bustling open kitchen which is fronted with jars of herbs and spices.
