Updated: Sep 01, 2021

Posadas is a shipping container Mexican taqueria and cantina south of Brisbane, serving tasty tacos and frozen margaritas.

Located at Eagleby in the Distillery Road precinct, beside Sugar Creek Smokehouse and Kiwanda Cafe, Posadas dishes up budget Mexican street food, from tacos and taquitos to nachos.

Customers can opt for corn or flour soft tacos, filled with meat (beef, pork, chicken, fish or jack fruit), salsa, pico de gallo, white cabbage, queso mexicano and sour cream; while taquitos consist of 3 hand rolled, flour tacos stuffed with your choice of meat, queso mexicano, salsa, sour cream and pico de gallo

Nachos include warm tortilla chips topped your choice of meat, queso mexicano, sour cream, pico de gallo, salsa and guacamole (optional).

Seating is available on a patch of astro turf with shade provided, where patrons can enjoy their tacos and a refreshing drink, with an on-site bar offering beer and Don Julio tequila frozen margaritas.

Nice to know - Stay tuned for the launch of the Distillery Road Market...coming soon.
