Banh Mi Factory
Newstead
Banh Mi Factory is a hole in the wall Vietnamese eatery serving all your favourite Vietnamese street food, from banh mis and rice paper rolls to big bowls of noodle soup.
Located on a side street in Newstead, this banh mi bolt hole is a sibling for the popular Vietnamese eatery in Zillmere.
Take-away only, the menu boasts all the same delicious fare as its older sibling, offering the best banh mis in Brisbane - think fresh, crunchy baguettes filled with pork, pickled carrots, cucumber, coriander, chilli (optional), homemade mayo and pate.
Plus, there's rice paper rolls, rice bowls and vermicelli noodle salads all with your choice of delicious fillings (chicken, beef, pork, mixed, or tofu) and tasty satay chicken or barbecue pork skewers.
Fans of pho won't be disappointed with big bowls of noodles served with a hearty 24-hour beef stock, topped with slices of tender beef, bean sprouts and shallots.
Drinks-wise, there's classic Vietnamese iced coffee and soft drinks.
