MR AND MRS G RIVERBAR HAS CLOSED AS OF JULY 2022 DUE TO THE DEMOLITION OF EAGLE STREET PIER.
Mr and Mrs G Riverbar is a destination unto itself – a minimalist exotic oasis with stunning water views, made for those occasions when only the best will do.
Shaped rotunda style to maximise the vistas of Story Bridge and Kangaroo Point, the vibe is light and airy.
The extensive wine and champagne list is derived from the best growing regions of the world in France, Italy, Argentina, Spain, NZ and Australia and comes by the glass or half bottle. Meanwhile beers are equally weighted between domestic and imported menu – the latter a round the world odyssey involving Germany, Holland, Mexico, Greece, Japan, Spain, USA and Italy.
Spirits are top shelf and include rarities like spiced rum while cocktails are divided into champagne, martini, classics, G with a twist and light or dark side.
Bar food-wise expect to find delightful offerings from the tapas menu in a host of simple yet delicious dishes such as Bruscetta with South Australian Goat's Feta, Premium Beef Burger with American Cheese & Pickle, Steamed Boa Bun with BBQ Port Next and Asian Coleslaw, plus there's a daily lunch special.
