Hawthorne

Botanica, Brisbane's favourite salad bar, has just opened its fourth location in the east side suburb of Hawthorne.

Nestled in a leafy enclave of new eateries at Two Sixty-Five on Hawthorne Road, lucky locals can get their fill of fresh salads, prepared on-site daily.

Botanica Hawthorne

The stylish shopfront features Botanica's signature navy and white wallpaper and minimalist decor with glass cabinets filled with wholesome salads, with seven salads on rotation daily like their highly-recommended kale with parmesan and garlic dressing; beetroot with fresh orange, feta and mint; potato and pea with dill and tahini dressing; or chickpeas with roasted carrots, coriander, pickled onion and cashew curry dressing.

As well as delish salads, customers can choose from savoury tarts - spinach and fetta, pumpkin and ricotta, cherry tomato and basil, or mushroom and tarragon - and sweet treats, from Botanica's famous mini bundt cakes and bar cakes to vegan brownies and cupcakes.
