City Winery

City Winery closed in 2024. 

City Winery is a wine experience centre and cellar door in the heart of Brisbane's CBD.

Nestled on Edward Street amidst luxury fashion stores such as Hermes and Gucci, the humble cellar door welcomes visitors inside to sample handmade, artisan wines by Gerler.  

A sibling for City Winery in Fortitude Valley and Carl's in Newstead, the city cellar door features artwork by local artist and winemaker, Kris Cush, including a striking vine-themed mural that creeps onto two walls.  

Pop in after work, or next time you visit the city, and enjoy a relaxed, self-guided wine tasting with friends accompanied by a delicious cheese board, or get the gang together for one of City Winery's signature experiences which range from wine blending workshops to wine and cheese pairings.

The new premises also boasts a semi-private room that is ideal for corporate events and/or functions. City Winery can arrange large group experiences from wine tastings and wine blending to meet the maker style experiences.
