Aerospace Experience Day 2025

Aviation High School is hosting its annual Aerospace Experience Day of flight, innovation and discovery, on Saturday, October 11, 2025.

Students, families and the whole community are invited to experience the exciting world of aviation up close on this day, which is a must-attend for anyone who is thinking about working in the aviation and aerospace industries.

Participants will have the chance to build and launch rockets, test their skills on flight simulators and watch helicopters land and take-off on the school oval.

Visitors will be also be able to chat with representatives from leading industry organisations, including Qantas Pilot Academy, Airwork Helicopters, Airbus, Brisbane Airport Corporation and many more.

There's also an opportunity to meet pilots, engineers, drone operators, air traffic controllers, and a wide range of other industry professionals.

Learn about pathways to exciting careers in aviation, or simply come along to experience the thrill of flight up close. This exciting event only happens once a year so don't miss it!

Need to know - Food and drink will be available for purchase. There is plenty of onsite parking.
