An unlikely find in a shopping mall called The Great Western Super Centre in Keperra, Litse Lounge is an oasis of quiet sophistication with a laidback vibe.
Drop in to the plant adorned deck or swish '60's style booths any time of day for a coffee, drink, cheese platter, delicious dessert or sweet or savoury snack. Otherwise a cafe style menu (think steak, toasted ham, smoked salmon or peri peri chicken sandwiches) is available for lunch and tapas (dips, bruschetta, crispy shell crab, baked tart) and restaurant style meals (Greek platter, Hereford Goldeye fillet, organic chicken, slow roast Berkshire pork belly) for lunch and dinner.
Breakfast (think delish blueberry pancakes or haloumi scrambled eggs with salsa) is served up on weekends until 11.15 and the excellent coffee is roasted in-house.
