Daisy Hill Koala Centre
Daisy Hill
Daisy Hill Koala Centre is a dedicated koala education centre located in Daisy Hill Conservation Park, 25 kilometres south of Brisbane.
Open *daily, visitors can view the centre's resident koalas from two different viewing levels in the large, outdoor enclosure (with wheelchair/pram friendly boardwalk). Inside the centre, learn everything you've ever wanted to know about koalas and more at fun, interactive displays.
Watch a film about the plight of koalas and other threatened animals in the Midnight Woodland theatre or climb the observation tower and try to spot a koala in the 435 hectares of open eucalypt forest that makes up the conservation park.
Afterwards, enjoy a walk in the bush or picnic in the park with wood barbecues, picnic tables and toilets located close to the koala centre.
*The koala centre is closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Good Friday.
