The mouth-watering menu features traditional Thai fare dished up with creative flair including Phat Boy's Mixed Entrees served on a two-tier stand similar to high tea, with duck spring rolls, crispy school prawns, chicken satay skewers and san choy bow.

Interactive hands-on dishes designed to get your hands dirty include DIY San Choy Bow and Kung Tung - a sumptuous seafood spread poured onto the table just like on the streets of Thailand.
